La Vieille Tuilerie – House & Garden – sleeps 12 – summer holiday rental weeks

La Vieille Tuilerie (literally, The Old Tileworks or Brickworks – named after the road the house lies on, itself named after the old village industry) is a luxury property that won’t disappoint!

Thought and attention has been paid to ensuring your holiday really is a holiday.

This is a spacious and light, detached and private, 5-bed (3 double bedrooms and two kids’ rooms), 3 bath family home with large, private and enclosed garden, with trampoline, swings and a lovely grassy toddler garden at the rear with boules area (and boules!), plus fully gated, heated pool (10m x 5m) and secure on-site parking.

Fully renovated with taste, assiduously maintained, and equipped with all mod-cons.

Ideal for up to three families with or without young children. Also with a ground floor bedroom suite, perfect for accompanying grandparents too.

Le Chalet Secret – sleeps 4 – Long term winter let

This is a wonderfully-designed chalet-style 2-bedroom single-storey detached cottage (gîte), newly renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style. This property is available for long-term winter lets. Everyone who lives here, loves it!

It has one double-bed bedroom and one with zip-and-link beds which can either be two singles or one superking bed. Perfect for two couples, a couple with children, a couple and two singles, or three singles.

Access is off the road, through an electric gate.

The outside consists of private, covered parking for two cars (50-60m²), then a huge private courtyard of about 150m² (1500ft²), half covered for shade, half open to the sun.

If rented as a Sept to June long term winter let, this includes use of our 10x5m heated pool next door from mid-May to mid-June and beg September to mid-October (depending on the weather) .

I designed and managed the construction of the property myself, with people of reduced mobility in mind, particularly wheelchair users. Wide doors, ramps, high wc, grab bar in the shower.
